Sped Student Enrollment
Using Phoenix Emailer, a list of students with disabilities who have recently enrolled is sent to the Sped Dept. This ensures that they can contact the teacher at the site to make sure the student receives services.
HS D/F List
This weekly email is sent to principals and counselors showing the names of HS students that have a D or F in a class.
Teachers Who Have Not Submitted Attendance
30 minutes after school starts, Emailer sends a report to the principal and secretary with the names of teachers and classes that attendance has not been submitted yet.
